We know that not every pet owner is comfortable leaving their pets with a groomer for a few hours. While we ensure all pets are comfortable and happy while in our care, some pet parents prefer to be present for the entire grooming process. For this reason, we’re happy to offer express grooming services that take place while you wait!
All of our regular dog grooming and cat grooming services are available as express grooming options. The only difference is a 25% added convenience fee.
Considerations for Express Grooming
There are a variety of reasons to opt for express grooming over our traditional options. First, both you and your pet will spend less time at the spa. Getting in and out faster allows you to spend more valuable time with your pet!
Express grooming also means that your pet receives a little more individualized attention and spends less time waiting in our kennels. They also have less exposure to other animals, which can help certain pets that get easily overwhelmed.
However, there are a few drawbacks as well. Due to the more individualized nature of express grooming, pets that are uncomfortable with the grooming process can get stressed. They don’t have the breaks that the other pets get when the groomer moves to work with another pet while they’re drying, for example. Furthermore, express grooming appointments can be a little harder to schedule.
